Thursday: Take your regular transportation to school, and meet in the lobby at 7:05 for 7:15 departure. Busses will leave CalU after the matches end at 5:00pm, with anticipated return to FR at 6:00 pm. Remember to wear your smile and your FRobotics shirt, and bring your lunch money if you did not pre-buy a box lunch.
Friday: You will need a ride to school to meet in the lobby at 6:35 for the 6:45am bus. Please be prompt. The bus must leave so that we arrive in time for opening ceremonies. Again – robot shirt, big smile, and lunch money. We will be staying after the competition ends for the day for the big GLOW PARTY which includes dinner and your best dance moves. Busses will return you to FR at 10pm.
Saturday: Meet in school lobby 6:35. Bus leave 6:45. Smile. FRobotics TShirt. Lunch. 7pm return (after closing ceremony).

IMPORTANT: The school does not allow student drivers to field trip events. All students not riding the bus must ride with an adult driver.
ALSO: If your plans change, and you will not be riding the bus home, the school needs 24 hour notice of your change with a parent signature. You must send this to Mrs. Stewart & Zach Kessler, who are cc:d on this email so that you have their addresses.
